Managing & Facilitating Workflows for company’s Managing Director.

Job Role & Duties:

  • Acting as a first point of contact for callers, dealing with emails and phone calls by responding, passing on messages or highlighting them MD’s attention
  • Managing diaries and organising meetings and appointments
  • Booking and arranging travel, transport and accommodation
  • Coordinate and manage day-to-day & project workflows
  • Scheduling of Meetings, Notes-Taking
  • Managing necessary paperwork (Print & Digital copies)
  • Monitor progress and tracking deadlines
  • Communicate with teams to ensure smooth operations
  • Identify bottlenecks and implement solutions
  • Prepare workflow reports & presentations for review
  • Organising MD’s visits & participation at events and conferences

Skills and Qualifications

  • Excellent organizational skills and managing multiple priorities
  • Strong written & verbal communication and interpersonal skills
  • Well-Organized, details oriented with ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Proficiency in team management
  • Efficient Time management
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
