Managing & Facilitating Workflows for company’s Managing Director.
Job Role & Duties:
- Acting as a first point of contact for callers, dealing with emails and phone calls by responding, passing on messages or highlighting them MD’s attention
- Managing diaries and organising meetings and appointments
- Booking and arranging travel, transport and accommodation
- Coordinate and manage day-to-day & project workflows
- Scheduling of Meetings, Notes-Taking
- Managing necessary paperwork (Print & Digital copies)
- Monitor progress and tracking deadlines
- Communicate with teams to ensure smooth operations
- Identify bottlenecks and implement solutions
- Prepare workflow reports & presentations for review
- Organising MD’s visits & participation at events and conferences
Skills and Qualifications
- Excellent organizational skills and managing multiple priorities
- Strong written & verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Well-Organized, details oriented with ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Proficiency in team management
- Efficient Time management
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
